Prolog can be translated into COBOL on a deterministic machine.

On a non-determinstic machine, is this still true ?

I shouldn't think so. Not without uncertainty.

This may be something that cause certain neuro-motor genetic
diseases. The body-parts must speak the same language as the mind.
